2025 Annual Golf Outing

Description

Sponsor Registration is now open for the Builders Exchange of NW Michigan 2025 Golf Event. There is no team only registration at this time. You may register for a sponsorship opportunity now and will be contacted about your team.  To qualify for a team with your sponsorship, you must be a CURRENT MEMBER in good standing.

TO REGISTER: Select register. You do not need to have or make a login. Please select the sponsor item that you would like to register for. Fill out required fields of name & company and email.  You will receive a confirmation email for your sponsorship.

NEXT STEP: After you receive your email confirmation for your sponsorship, you will be contacted regarding your team registration.

WAITLIST:  If you do not see a sponsorship opportunity, please email shawn@bxtvc.com to be put on a waitlist.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 

• Members need to be in good standing with dues up to date
• Registration will put you on the waitlist
• You will receive an email with the invoice once your team has been signed up. You may pay directly from the invoice by credit card or ACH, mail a payment or stop by our office.
• Payment must be received for your team before your spot is reserved. 
• Registration of your team is officially reserved on a first come, first served basis

GOLF DAY DETAILS:  Registration starts at 7:30 am, with a shotgun start at 9:00 am
Per resort policy:
Proper attire is required. Acceptable attire: collared shirt, long pants or Bermuda length shorts. Unacceptable attire: T-shirt, tank top, athletic shorts, cut-off’s or jeans.

NO Coolers are allowed.

* Rooms are based on availability at the hotel. You may call 231-534-6001 to be put on a waitlist if you do not see the room you want.

DINNER TICKET ONLY:  Not interested in golf, but still want to have some fun? Join us after golf for dinner, drinks and the awards.  Please arrive to the club house area and look for our large, white tent. You may arrive between 3:00 and 3:30.
